Key To The Anointing

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Heb. 11:6

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: You can’t be a worshipper and be powerless. You can’t be a ‘praiser’ and be a weakling...

Praise is a key to the Anointing. When you praise God, you are saying that you believe what has been prophesied and by so doing, you please God and move Him into action. As you praise Him, He will step into action to do what you expect, what was prophesied and what He promised you. Praise is therefore key to harvest of miracles.

What then are the outcomes of praising God?

1. When you praise God, the Hand of God is released in Power. The Bible says that when the minstrel played, the Hand of God came upon Elisha (2 Kings 3:15), and since the hand of God imparts power, you can’t be a worshipper and be powerless. You can’t be a ‘praiser’ and be a weakling.
2. The Hand of God released supplies. When the Hand of God is released, It is accompanied with Power and supplies. For instance, when somebody wants to give something to you, he uses his hand. Therefore, the Hand of God that came upon Elisha while the minstrel played (worshipping) signified the release of supplies.
3. Praise releases the Voice of God. As they were praising, Elisha was able to hear God. That means you receive Divine direction when you praise God because the Voice of God gives direction.
4. Praise empowers the voice of man. Your praise brings such an Anointing that empowers your voice so that when you praise and speak, things happen. Praise therefore is the amplifier of the prophetic. That was why Elisha was able to say, ‘Thus saith the Lord’ the moment they began to praise the Lord. Get ready for the release of the Hand of God, the Hand of Power, and the Hand of supplies upon your life. Get ready to receive the Voice of God, the voice of direction in your life. Get ready to say something (prophesy) and see it happen, in Jesus’ Name.

ASSIGNMENT (S):
1. Cultivate the habit of thanksgiving to God.
2. Always have something to praise God for.

PRAYER: Lord, I praise You for Your supplies, direction and Power coming upon my life, in Jesus’ Name.
