Ways By Which God Ministers To People

"For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith." Mark 11:23...

There are two major ways by which God minister or meet the needs of people and they are:

(a) Sovereign method
(b) Covenant method

The sovereign method is not subject to faith. It is solely controlled by God and cannot be influenced by man in anyway. It comes only when God decides to move. You can't hold God accountable for not responding to you. This method is not God's provision for meeting believers' need.

The covenant method is subject to faith. It is actually operated by faith. Anything you find in the Bible that God has committed Himself to do in your life as a believer will come on the covenant ground. So you can stand on it and believe God for it. It is this that you acquire substance and evidence for. You can hold God accountable and He will not fail.

You start developing substance and evidence for what you need from God when you get a promise for it in the Bible and you can be sure He will move on your behalf. Coming to God without having a covenant which is His word, is like going to an eatery without money. You shouldn't bother going because you will have no food. Faith is the currency you use in the spirit and God is committed when you release your faith.

When you see “whosoever” in the Bible, it means everybody that has faith can come. There is no discrimination when you come by faith. Mk 11:23 reads whosoever... So you can use any of such Scripture and other ones that show your promises as a believer. Operate the covenant to stay healthy, prosperous and to escape every assault of the enemy etc. God is committed to you under the covenant.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, I receive wisdom to apply this truth to every area of need in my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
