Defining Moments

There is a reality of daily time table and divine schedule of God for every day in the year. There are moments designed by God for every season which determines your direction, result, outcome and destiny. These are defining moments in everyone’s journey. There are two kinds of moment that face human beings on the earth: they are normal moments and defining moments. There are negative defining moments and positive defining moments. Sarah bringing in Hagar into her home and finally into the life of Abraham was a defining moment – a negative one. When Andrew brought Peter to Jesus, it was a positive defining moment for Peter connecting him to the anointing of his destiny, training, saviour, Lord and master. When Jonathan was supposed to go with David but followed his father, it was a negative defining moment for him as he proceeded on the journey of the flesh unto destruction. Continue...

Four defining things everyone must pray about and connect to daily:

1.    Defining decisions
2.    Defining events
3.    Defining personalities
4.    Defining encounters

The focus is on positive defining moments. You will not be involved in negative moments in Jesus name. I pray that you will enjoy and encounter positive defining moment. You must be sensitive and keep a watch in your spirit over these four things as you journey into 2015:  decisions, events, personalities and encounters. The Lord has pre-arranged your journey to meet every maximizer who will not only make difficult things easy for you but also connect you to the divine purpose and agenda of God for your life. Many people went into oblivion because they missed their defining encounters, decisions, events and personalities. They were not sensitive, awake and aware.

There are divinely arranged assignments, instructions and acts that connect you to these moments. This is a season to belong to the right church and relate purposefully with every God sent men and women in your life. Obedience to the call of God for you will easily link you with these moments. May you not miss your day in Jesus’ name.

Prayer: Lord, I receive my defining encounters, decisions, events and personalities in Jesus name. I receive God-sent men and grace to identify them and relate correctly with them in Jesus’ name. Amen.
