You Were Created To Be Healthy

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. – Genesis 1:28. THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Man was created in the image of a ‘sick-less’ God.

From our anchor Scripture, we understand that man was created and invested with authority by God to have dominion over all other creatures (including disease-causing organisms). He was created and invested with Divine authority, dominion or control over all creatures and that includes all microbes that cause deadly diseases and sicknesses.

Man has been given authority over everything; this includes HIV, Ebola virus, the upper respiratory tracts infection, etc. This is because man was created in the image of a ‘sick-less’ God. God made man in his image, and since God can’t be sick, man is not expected to be sick. Sickness came as a result of the fall of man that was orchestrated by the devil. But Jesus came to reverse what the devil led us into. He came to cancel the curse of disease and affliction that came with the fall of man and re-establish the ordinance of Divine health that came with the creation of man.

At creation, God gave man control (dominion) over all things (including bacteria, virus and every disease-causing organism). Therefore, when bacteria infect you and make you to be admitted in hospital, then what you were originally meant to control is controlling your life. This is an error! Imagine a virus that is so tiny that you can’t see with your eyes putting you in fear! Why must you be afraid of what you were created to dominate? When a man is addicted to drugs, it means what he was meant to control is ruling his life.

And God also gave man dominion over the birds of the air, the fishes of the sea and over everything that creeps on the land. This means that you are not meant to be a victim of all the things that can cause you infection from the air, sea and land. Today, I stand by the mantle upon my life and I curse every micro-organism – bacterium, fungus or virus that is afflicting your life. I declare their control over your life is broken forever, in Jesus’ Name. Beloved, the dominion of God in you will rise and swallow up every demon of disease and affliction in the Name of Jesus.

1. Boldly declare your authority over every situation affecting your life. 2. Maintain your stand on the Word of God for results.

PRAYER: I provoke the dominion and authority of God in my spirit to kill every bacterium and virus threatening my life, in Jesus’ Name.
