President Jonathan and his wife Patience pictured at their polling unit in Otuoke, Bayelsa state this morning. From the last updates, President Jonathan is yet to be accredited following the failure of the card reader. The INEC officer tried reading President Jonathan's PVC but it failed after which Patience Jonathan's PVC was tried with no positive outcome.
