The Word Is A Transformer

Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: ... Revelation 1:3.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The Word of God is a changer of lives and seasons...

The Word of God is the custodian, container and conduit of the blessings of the Lord. The way electric cables conduct electricity is the same way the Word of God conducts the blessing of God. To be connected to the Word, therefore, is to be blessed. We have seen throughout the Scriptures that God uses words to bless. When God called Abraham, a nonentity, and turned him into a celebrity, the currency for that transformation was the Word. Genesis 12:1-2 says, ‘Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing.’

So, the Word of God is a changer of lives and seasons. The Word of God is a transformer of lives. The Word of God also upgrades life. If the Word can impart the blessing, it therefore means it can also delete the curse. So, to ignore the Word is to ignore the blessing. And anybody who ignores the Word is ignoring the blessing. To despise the Word is to despise the blessing, and to belittle the Word is to also belittle the blessing. Show me a man or woman that is loaded with the Word of God, and I will show you a man or woman loaded with the blessing. I prophesy to you that the blessing is coming upon you in Jesus Name.

PRAYER: Lord, I shall value Your Word above every circumstance because You have placed Your Word even above Your Name, in Jesus’ Name.
