Guard The Vision

And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more. Gen. 37:5

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Don’t let unauthorised people have access to the plan of God for your life. Continue...
To fulfil your God given vision, you must guard the vision. Don’t let unauthorised people have access to the plan of God for your life. Joseph’s brothers became offended when he told them his dream; therefore, they planned to kill him, in order to prevent it from coming to pass. There are people that will hate you because your vision is bigger than theirs. There are people that will hate you because you are daring to think the impossible and the unthinkable. It is not everybody that is qualified to know what you want to do with your life. Let them know only when it has happened. If you are trusting God for the fruit of the womb, don’t tell everybody when you are pregnant. Let them see the delivery when it has happened. Take the devil, the world, and the witches by surprise. Young ladies should not announce to everybody that they are in a relationship because some of the counsels they might receive could break the relationship because those giving it have the mind-set that says, ‘Since I am not yet engaged, why will you leave me behind?’ So, some of them will advise you negatively until the relationship breaks. Guard your vision; guard it jealously.

For some people, the car they bought is what increased their house rent. Even though you have the money, you should hurry slowly. When you buy a car of 5 million Naira and you are paying a house rent of 1.5 million Naira, the landlord may say, ‘This woman/man has money now oh.’ Then they will tell you a story that will lead to rent increase. Guard the vision; guard your testimonies, breakthroughs, and the things that are happening around you. Don’t try to show off in any form. Let the ultimate testimony humiliate the devil, but go about it gradually.

CHALLENGE:
Endeavour to jealously guard the visions God has given you.
Pray earnestly and rely on God’s help for its fulfilment.

PRAYER: Lord, I put my trust in You for the fulfilment of the visions you have given me, in Jesus’ Name.
