‘Good’ Is The Inheritance Of The Worshipper

And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean? Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, … and he was clean. 2 Kings 5:13-14

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Simplicity has more power than complexity. Continue...

It is not possible to escape ‘good’ if you are a worshipper. It is good to give thanks to God. ‘Good’ is the inheritance of the ‘praiser’/worshipper. If your experience in life doesn’t look good, it can become good with praise. It doesn’t matter what you have done that made your situation not to look good, praise will make it good. Praise is the cheapest and simplest route to victory in life. It is the most cost-effective route to victory in the spiritual journey but most people ignore the power of praise because of its simplicity. Some will ask, ‘How can you say when you just praise God the barren womb will open?’ ‘How can you say that just praising God will bring the witchcraft attack in my life to an end?’ Simplicity has more power than complexity. It has been confirmed that there is power in simplicity. There are so many Scriptural injunctions in the Bible that people don’t take heed to because they look too simple. That was the annoyance of Naaman the Syrian. When Elisha said, ‘Dip your head in River Jordan and come out’, Naaman seemed to have murmured, ‘As simple as that and I will be healed of leprosy? I thought he would do some abracadabra?’ And he refused to do anything until his servant persuaded him according to the anchor Scripture. He did it and came out healed (2 Kings 5:13-14). We miss it in life when we ignore the power of simplicity.

ASSIGNMENT (S):

Make your life good today by engaging in praise and worship to God.
To experience victory over your enemies, try praising God.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to obey Your instructions, no matter how simple they may seem, in Jesus’ Name.

QUOTE: The Almighty is looking for true worshippers because they are scarce. They are so rare and precious that even God seeks them. Culled from THE PROTOCOL OF THE ARK by Dr (Mrs) Becky Enenche.
