Hearty congratulations
to the APC Presidential candidate, as he emerged the winner at the polls as announced
by INEC chairman today.
I also
congratulate the incumbent President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, for creating a
conducive environment and for imbibing the spirit of a true democrat by
congratulating Gen. Buhari, in record time.
Thanks to
all Nigerians that made it to the polls to exercise their civic rights.
