The Manifestation Of Your God-Given Dream - Part 2

Don’t let the devil engage your attention but let God determine your focus.

Problems are sent by the enemy to engage your attention so much that you think that problem is the only thing in your life. But God will never cease to place your purpose in front of you as a permanent way to end the problems in your life. Many young men and women marry wrongly because they have let their problems blind them from their divine purpose. God is always setting something of greater importance before you so that you won’t be blinded by the devil’s activity alone. Continue...

The Bible says, “…the hope that is set before you,” “behold I set before you…” “He prepares a table before you…” In Matthew 14:28, Peter said to Jesus, “Lord if it be thou, bid me come to thee on the water and Jesus said “come” and in reality Jesus set Himself before Peter as he began to walk on water to get to Jesus. As long as he kept on looking at Jesus, he was experiencing the miracle of walking on water because the Bible says in 2 Cor. 3:8 KJV “… but we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the spirit of the Lord.” But as soon as Peter saw the boisterous wind, he was distracted and started sinking.

The devil will do everything to break your focus from what God has set before you and get you to see something else. The devil will also use that strategy against you and you must not allow him. God is always setting a vision of your destiny before you. Keep looking at what God has set before you and stop comparing yourself with other people. Don’t let the devil break your focus by looking at how another person is doing his own following. Don’t let the devil cause you to lose sight of the fact that you are in God’s hands.

Prayer:  I receive deliverance from everything and from the devil that is engaging my attention presently. I receive grace to focus on Jesus no matter the distraction in Jesus’ name. Amen.
