There is a connection between the Word of God and the miracle of God. The Bible said that there was a wedding in Canaan of Galilee and Jesus and His disciples were invited; what a wisdom! The most important achievement and the best thing that can be said about anybody in life is not that the person is very rich or connected or very beautiful/handsome, but that God and His Word are with that person. When Jehoshaphat was looking for a prophet in 2 Kings 3:11-12, somebody said, ‘There is Elisha the son of Shaphat who poured water on the hands of Elijah.’ And Jehoshaphat said, ‘Let us hear from him for the Word of the Lord is with him.’

Many times, you look at yourself and you feel like other people are more gifted, talented or connected than you. You may feel like some people have a lot of things working for them while in your own life, you don’t see those kind of things working for you. I want to let you know today, that it doesn’t matter what is not working for you or how ungifted you are, if you can possess the Presence of God and are loaded with the Word of God, you have no disadvantage under Heaven. One of the greatest treasures of my life is the Presence and Word of the Lord. I am comfortable and excited when I feel the Presence of God. The worst thing that can happen to a man is not that he lost money, a job or a relationship, the worst thing that can happen to anybody is that he lost the Presence of God and is no longer in touch with the Word of God.

Remember this: if you can possess the Presence of God and are loaded with the Word of God, you have no disadvantage under Heaven.

ASSIGNMENT (S)

1. Make studying of the Word of God a priority in your life.

PRAYER: Lord, since I have You, I have everything. I am not going to worry about tomorrow, in Jesus’ Name.
