Covenant wealth comes with Divine defence, protection and preservation. That was why satan told God in Job 1:9-10, that He had made a hedge around Job and had blessed him on all sides and everything he was doing was increasing. When God gives you money, He secures that money and protects your life. When you give yourself money, you protect it yourself. Covenant wealth can never give somebody hypertension, high blood pressure, diabetes, peptic ulcer disease, etc. When you walk on the street, no armed robber can dare you; no hired assassin can locate your address. Covenant wealth is a defended wealth. God Himself protects it because He gave it.

Covenant wealth is not subject to earthly climate and conditions. Economic recession, depression, inflation, deflation and corruption cannot affect the money that Heaven brings. That is, there is money that earthly conditions can affect and there is money that earthly conditions cannot affect. The more terrible the economy gets, the richer you will become. When men say that they are cast down, you shall say there is a lifting. So, when people are saying, ‘Can’t you see the condition of the economy?’ Don’t talk like them. There is nothing wrong with the country and if there is anything wrong with the country, there is nothing wrong with the One (Heaven) you are connected with because my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus’ (Phil. 4:19).

2. Move around with the consciousness that you are protected and defended by God.

PRAYER: Lord, I refuse to look at what the economy is saying because You are the Supplier of all my needs, in Jesus’ Name.
