Monday Rhapsody Of Realities - Our Training In Righteousness

That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 5:21).

Our opening verse talks about the life of righteousness that’s been given to us; the nature of God that’s been imparted into our spirits that makes us like Him. This nature makes you think like Him, talk like Him, and walk like Him; it causes you to reign in life as a king.
Through the Word of God, you’re trained to reign; trained to see and think differently! 2 Timothy 3:16 says, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” The Word of God is God’s instruction manual to train you in the way and life of righteousness, and equip you for greatness.
Through the ministry of the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit, you’re taught how to be a success in life, irrespective of your chosen career. With this training, if you’re a lawyer, you’ll be one with a difference. If you’re in the army, you’ll be a soldier with a difference. It makes no difference what your profession is; you’ll be exceptional, because you function with the anointing and grace to reign.
Romans 5:17 says those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life. Refuse sickness, failure, defeat, and death. Reign in life as a king. Reject everything that’s not of God, and endorse only that which is consistent with His perfect will for you. Talk differently; see differently. You’ve been graced to reign, through righteousness.

CONFESSION: I reign in life unstoppably, walking in God’s abundant grace in Christ! I’m like a tree planted by the waterside, with evergreen leaves! I’m lifted always, over and above circumstances! Glory to God!
