Saturday Rhapsody Of Realities - No Failure Or Defeat.

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue (2 Peter 1:3).

The life that we’ve been called to live in Christ is the transcendent life. It’s far removed from failure and defeat, because we’re associates of the God-kind. We’re joint heirs with Christ. Why then should any Christian suffer defeat and pain, when he’s a joint-heir with Christ? God had a plan, to make you one with Christ. That plan has already materialised.
1 Corinthians 6:17 says, “But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.” Now that you’re born again, you’re one with the Lord. You’ve come into union with Christ. You’re not one who’s struggling to attain God’s level; you’re already one with Him. Therefore, sickness, disease and infirmity shouldn’t have a place in your body. Failure of any kind isn’t, and shouldn’t be, a part of your life. Satan isn’t a factor either, because you’re seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that’s named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come. You’re superior to Satan and his cohorts.

Moreover, Ephesians 1:3 says, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.” You might say, “But He only blessed us with all spiritual blessings”; no, understand that the spiritual controls the physical. The lesser is included in the greater. So, if you’re blessed with all spiritual blessings, then you have automatically been blessed with all physical blessings. This means that there’s nothing you don’t have.

No wonder Paul said, “...all things are yours” (1 Corinthians 3:21). Everything you require for the life of absolute success, victory, dominion, glory and righteousness has already been granted you in Christ. That’s what we read in our opening verse. So, as a Christian, poverty is unnecessary, because you’re the seed of Abraham. The reason many suffer is their lack of knowledge: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge...” (Hosea 4:6).
Get to know who you are. You were called to a life of glory and excellence, not failure and defeat. Live every day with this consciousness.

CONFESSION: I’ve obtained an inheritance, which is imperishable and undefiled! I’ve been blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. I’m a success forever. The world is mine! My life is the testimony, and revelation of God’s grace, wisdom, perfection, and righteousness. Blessed be God!

FURTHER STUDY: Romans 8:16-17 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
Psalm 115:15-16 Ye are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth.16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD'S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
