For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His
workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good
works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He
prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life
which He prearranged and made ready for us to live] (Ephesians 2:10 AMP).
As a Christian,
there’s no challenge or problem strong enough to destroy you, because the
greater One lives in you. You’re more than a conqueror. Before you were born,
God already knew every problem you’d ever face, and made you a victor. The
reason God allows problems or challenges come to you is that He already put the
solution inside you. Problems gravitate towards their solution. So, when you
face challenges, don’t cower or fret; rather, rejoice, for it’s your
opportunity to manifest the glory of God.
1 Corinthians
10:13 says, “...but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted
above that ye are able....” God doesn’t mind that you’re facing a challenge in your
life, because He knows that by acting on the Word, you can change the situation
and turn it into a testimony that’ll glorify His Name. It doesn’t matter what
you may be going through, just know that you have the answer in you. That’s why
He says, “...count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations” (James
1:2).
Romans 8:28 says, “All things work
together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according
to His purpose.” God has prepared a glorious life for you; a life of advantage,
victory, dominion and joy; He didn’t prepare your life for defeat or failure!
You’re His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for glory and excellence. Live
the good life that He prearranged for you.
PRAYER: Dear Lord,
I’m grateful that you made me a peculiar treasure unto you, and called me to a
life of glory, excellence, and dominion. Thank you for setting me on the path
of life: the path of righteousness and of glory, in Christ Jesus! I walk in
divine wisdom, today and always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
FURTHER STUDY: Colossians
3:15-16 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are
called in one body; and be ye thankful.16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you
richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns
and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
1 John 4:4 Ye are
of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is
in you, than he that is in the world.
Romans 8:35-38 Who
shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or
persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written,
For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the
slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him
that loved us.38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels,
nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
