Anthony Joshua knocks out Dominic Breazeale in round 7

                                  

Britain's Anthony Joshua retained his IBF world heavyweight title with a seventh-round knockout of American Dominic Breazeale.

The unbeaten 26-year-old triumphed at London's O2 Arena to secure his 17th knockout victory from 17 fights.

Joshua, in his first defence since winning the title in April, wobbled his previously unbeaten opponent with an uppercut in the second round.

But Breazeale, 30, proved a durable rival before Joshua's dominance told.
