Luton Airport evacuated as 'suspect package' found

 

Passengers have been evacuated from London Luton Airport after a "suspect package" was found.

A spokesman for the airport said passengers were sent out of the terminal after the package was "found in security" at about 14:00 BST.

James Blake on twitter, said there was "chaos" at the airport.

Bedfordshire Police said the terminal had been evacuated while the package was being examined.
