Team Leader - Mortgage Arrears 
Start: ASAP 
Duration: Until the 25th November 
Location: North West of the UK  
Rate: £220 per day   
  
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED 

·                     A strong understanding of Mortgage Arrears processes
·                     A minimum of 6 months relevant Team Leader experience
·                     Previous Mortgage complaint handling experience is desirable
·                     CeMAP qualification is essential
·                     Strong telephone and letter writing skills
·                     Ability to learn quickly and meet production and quality targets 
·                     Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and competence

Quality Checkers - PPI Complaints (Crawley)  
Start: April and May Intakes   
Duration: Initially until December 2016 
Location: Crawley  
Rate: £210 per day   
  
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

·                     Minimum 6 months previous Quality Checking / Outcome testing experience
·                     Detailed knowledge of efficient QA practices and procedures
·                     A career history in financial services
·                     Understanding of PPI legislation and key issues
·                     Strong verbal and written communication
·                     Ability to demonstrate you can learn quickly
·                     Ability to work on a target-driven contract
·                     Ability to work well within a team environment.
·                     The ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and competence
·                     Commitment to the duration of the contract will be expected


Team Leader - PPI Complaints (Crawley) 
  
Start: April and May Intakes   
Duration: Initially until December 2016 
Location: Crawley   
Rate: £220 per day   
   
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED 

·                     Well-practiced in managing a team of contractors - ranging from administrative staff to experienced quality assurance professionals - within a Financial Services environment
·                     Significant experience of managing a team to meet stringent productivity and quality assurance targets
·                     Excellent stakeholder management skills - liaising with other departments internally as well as with the client on occasion
·                     Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create Management Information reports
·                     Capable of manipulating available data to identify any process inefficiencies, training needs, etc. that could help to improve the team's quality and/or output
·                     Excellent organisational skills
·                     Ability to work to strict deadlines and respond positively under pressure
  
PPI Complaint Handlers (Crawley)
  
Start: April and May Intakes   
Duration: Initially until December 2016 
Location: Crawley  
Rate: £190 per day 
  
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

·                     Minimum 6 months PPI case handling experience covering a range of financial products
·                     Experience of performing complex redress calculations would be advantageous
·                     Strong telephone skills and letter writing skills
·                     Ability to demonstrate you can learn quickly
·                     Ability to work on a target-driven contract
·                     The ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and competence
·                     Commitment to the duration of the contract will be expected  

Junior Case Handler - Packaged Bank Accounts  
Start:  ASAP 
End: Until the end of June 2016 
Location: North West   
Rate: £100 per day 
Shifts: Between 8am-8pm
  
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED 

·                     Previous Financial Services background preferred
·                     Graduate preferred but not essential  
·                     Solid calculations & data input skills
·                     Excellent Customer contact & letter writing skills
·                     High level IT skills
·                     Strong attention to detail


Case Handlers - Mortgage Arrears 
Start: 11th April  
Duration: Until end of November 2016   
Location: North West  
Rate: Between £190- £200 per day (dependant on experience)  
  
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED 

·                     A strong understanding of Mortgage Arrears processes
·                     A minimum of 6 months relevant case handling or past business review experience
·                     Previous Mortgage complaint handling experience is desirable
·                     CEMAP or equivalent is desirable but not essential
·                     Strong telephone and letter writing skills
·                     Ability to learn quickly and meet production and quality targets 
·                     Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and competence
