Jonathan Appoints New CEOs for NNPC & NPDC

President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has approved and appointed new CEOS for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC). They are: 

1. Dr Joseph Thlama Dawha – Group Managing Director, NNPC

2. Anthony Ugonna Muoneke – Managing Director, NPDC 

3. Aisha Mata Abdurrahman – Group Executive Director, Commercial and Investment, NNPC 

4. Dr Attahiru B. Yusuf – Group Executive Director, Business Development, NNPC

All the appointments are with immediate effect.

The Presidential spokesperson, Reuben Abati also refuted reports that the President is sick, calling the story “mischievous” on his twitter.
