Friday Rhapsody of Realities - The Divine Order

For because ye did it not at the first, the LORD our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not after the due order (1 Chronicles 15:13).
There's such a thing as divine order. Order here, is a prescribed form of religious service or rite. Through the scriptures, we see that the Lord established definite orders and patterns for different services of spiritual importance. Even the ministries and offices of the prophets, priests, and kings had divine orders guiding their actions and in relation to one another.
In 1 Corinthians 14:40, the Spirit said through the Apostle Paul, "Let all things be done decently and in order." When Moses was about to make the tabernacle, God admonished him to make everything according to the prescribed order: "...Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount" (Hebrews 8:5).
There's a pattern; there's a way; there's a prescribed order in doing the things of God; follow it and you'll experience His grace and blessings in your life and in your service to Him. To do otherwise is to walk against His perfect will, like what happened to David and the children of Israel when they didn't follow the prescribed order in moving the ark of God into the city of David. The repercussion was grievous (Read 2 Samuel 6:1-10).
Follow God's Word. Carry out His instructions according to the prescribed order. Don't break ranks. Don't have your own way. When instructions are given to you in the house of God, not only are you required to act on them swiftly, let it also be according to the divine order.

PRAYER: Dear Father, I thank you for the ability of your Word in my spirit. I'm a doer of the Word, not just a hearer. The results of living in, and by the Word are evidently manifested in every area of my life today, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Further Study: Proverbs 19:20 Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.
James 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
1 Samuel 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
