Secrets Of A Successful Ending

So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran. And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came. - Genesis 12:4-5. THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Those not going your direction will hinder your acceleration.
It has been observed that in life, many people start journeys and don’t end successfully.  Some start and finish, but not on time, while others do not end successfully and happily.

Now, how do you start the journey of destiny or any endeavour in life and end successfully?
Consider the following:

1. Have a clearly defined destination: To have a successful ending at any endeavour in life, you must have a clearly defined destination. This is because what is not clear to you cannot be there for you. And what you cannot define, you can’t find. So, endeavour to define your destination and write it down. It facilitates successful ending.

2. Avoid distraction: What is not your intention is not worth your attention. So, avoid distractions if you desire to finish strong in life. Note this: In the journey of destiny, enmity is a distraction. Discouraging comments are also distractions. So, ensure you don’t surrender yourself to anything that reduces your motion or drive. Refuse to pay attention to comments that reduce your fire or deflate your enthusiasm.

3. Refuse to be drawn into strife or competition: Strife and competition slow down a destiny’s journey. Please refuse any competition that can establish your destiny in stagnation. Note this: Never consider anyone as your classmate in life because only God is the determinant of your class per time. Let God determine your class.

4. Avoid the wrong company:  Avoid the wrong company. Do not company with those who are not facing where you are facing. Do not associate with people who are going in contrary directions. By all means, avoid the company of those who are not excited at what excites you! Note this: Those not going in your direction will hinder your acceleration.

ASSIGNMENT(S): 1. Have a clearly defined destination for your life.
2. Avoid distractions, the wrong company, and refuse to be drawn into strife.

PRAYER: Lord, I thank You because You are the Determiner of my class per time. Thank You for changing my levels in Jesus’ Name.

DAILY READING: 1 Samuel 10:1 to 11:15, John 6:43 to 71, Psalm 107:1 to 43, Proverbs 15:1 to 3.

QUOTE: You need a laser beam focus and a bulldog tenacity to fulfil your destiny.
