But of him
are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness,
and sanctification, and redemption (1 Corinthians 1:30).
In the days
of Moses, the Israelites had to read the Law to know right or wrong; but that’s
not for the new creation in Christ! In Jeremiah 31:33, the Lord said, “…I will
put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts….” This has
already happened for us in Christ Jesus: righteousness is now in your spirit.
Romans 8:2-4 tells us, “...For what the law could not do, in that it was weak
through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and
for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be
fulfilled in us….”
Today, not
only has God made us His righteous ones, we give vent to His righteousness; we
unveil and express His righteousness. The people of the world are to look at
you, and know what rightness is. We bear fruits of righteousness, because we’re
the trees of righteousness (Isaiah 61:3). Let righteousness reign through you;
give expression to God’s best in your life. Decide that the life of Christ will
be fully expressed through you, and that you’ll be effective in fulfilling His
purpose in the earth.
Jesus said,
“Ye are the light of the world...” (Matthew 5:14); you’re the one to establish
His Kingdom, and the reign of His righteousness where you are. You’re His
representative and His representation. What an amazing reality!
CONFESSION:
I’m found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but
that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by
faith. This righteousness produces in me the rightness of God, and the ability
to do right and fulfil the will of the Father always! Hallelujah.

Study: Philippians 1:9-11 And this I pray, that your love may abound yet
more and more in knowledge and [in] all judgment; 10 That ye may approve things
that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of
Christ; 11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus
Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.
Romans
8:3-4 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God
sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin
in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who
walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Isaiah
54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue
[that] shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This [is] the
heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness [is] of me, saith
the LORD.
