Case Handlers – Glasgow (Night shift)

Start: April/May intakes
Duration: Until end of 2017
Working hours: Monday – Wednesday, 7pm to 7am
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £335 per shift

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum 6 months PPI case handling experience covering a range of financial products
• Experience of performing complex redress calculations would be advantageous
• Strong telephone skills and letter writing skills
• Ability to demonstrate you can learn quickly
• Ability to work on a target-driven contract
• The ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and competence
• Commitment to the duration of the contract will be expected

Case Handlers – Crawley

Start: 1^st May 2017
Duration: Until end of 2017
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Location: Crawley
Rate: £190 per day

Start: 24^th April 2017
Duration: Until end of 2017
Working hours: Monday – Wednesday, 7pm to 7am
Location: London
Rate: £315 per shift
